It brings together insights from our NPD work, market research, real-world trend spotting, conversations with customers and coffee shops around the world, and inspiration from the Bakehouse Cafe team. The result is a report full of fresh thinking, cake counter inspiration, and practical tips to help make 2026 the best year for cake yet."
